Creative Print & Pattern Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Should have highly creative design ideas to Develop Design concepts by integrating international Forecasted Trends with domestic influences, keeping in mind manufacturing strengths from (farming to fashion), target consumers and brand positioning.
• Should have strong technical knowledge on fabric bases, natural fibers & new blended fabrics & finishes.
• Should have concepts explanation, storytelling, and product technical presentation skills.
• Interaction with brand Designers, sales & buying team to reach customer expectations.
• Should interact with Product development team to develop fashion, trendy & innovative products timely.
• To attend domestic & international fairs to understand trend, innovation movements & brands research to understand ground level reality.
• To work on final product to meet targeted price set by customer.
