Creative Producer

Purpose of the Job The Creative Producer is responsible for managing the creative process from ideation to execution, working closely with the Creative Director, Design Managers, and Production team to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the creative process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as a solid part of a team. Key Responsibilities The Creative producer will oversee the management of Print & Digital Assets (NPI and Bespoke Digital Projects) Oversee the management of Retail Fixtures, Planograms, kitting lists Defining production requirements & maintaining master production manifest Main liaison between all client POC’s, External Agencies and teams to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity Brief Intake of Retail Fixtures Develop and manage budgets for creative projects Manage the timeline for creative projects Maintain Project dashboard with current project status Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met POC for all Creative deck reviews for all stakeholders involved Stay up-to-date on current trends in the creative industry Knowledge, Skills Experience 4 years of experience in creative operations or production Fluent in both MX Spanish and English Strong understanding of the creative process Ensure teams consider customer experience, retail presence and brand integrity in every decision Have a keen eye for design, always push for innovation and highlight the magic of the products Proficiency in Google Workspace Proficiency using a project management tool Strong project management skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work under pressure Proactively identify, communicate and manage risks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive the projects forward
