The Role:

Creative Production Manager acts as the bridge between creative vision and operational execution, ensuring that ideas—ranging from video and digital ads to physical installations—are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Overseeing projects from ideation and briefing to final delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, and post-mortems.
  • Workflow Optimization: Designing and refining creative processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve team efficiency.
  • Budget Oversight: Managing production budgets, negotiating with external vendors, and tracking expenses to ensure financial compliance.
