Creative Project Executive

The Creative Project Executive will support on design decision, presentation and concept development while handling the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of concepts from initial inspiration through to finalize creative direction.
• Create and refine visual presentations, mood boards, storytelling decks using Canva, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365.
• Interpret and work alongside layout plans, elevations, and design drawings to ensure creative coherence.
• Stay aware of design hospitality and lifestyle trends to continuously feed inspiration into concepts.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple workstreams.
