JOB SCOPE

& PURPOSE

The Creative Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of projects from conception through delivery, including managing scope and resources, scheduling, budget tracking, developing project plans, and providing status updates. He/she manages all factors that govern project success to ensure high-quality delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Defines hours, creates estimates, and designs timeline for scope of project
  • Provides accurate project plans including all major milestones, activities, and resources required to complete project, taking into account client goals and strategy
  • Manages the project delivery and approvals, resolves issues throughout the project, and provides final check for client deliverables
