Job Description
**Overview**:
The primary objective of project management is to create and maintain an efficient deliverable model where the client feels communicated to and that they have transparency into what the team is working on when to expect deliverables, and who their POC is to discuss creative, design, and/or video work, and how to properly give feedback and when. Project management provides a structured approach to planning, executing, and controlling projects to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively.
