GymProLuxe is a premium fitness brand redefining at-home training with innovative, design-forward equipment. We’re looking for a Performance Creative Strategist who lives at the intersection of paid media, psychology, and creative testing — someone who can turn insights into ads that convert at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the creative strategy behind our paid media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Develop winning ad concepts, hooks, and angles based on customer psychology and data
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and UGC creators to produce high-performing assets
  • Build and manage a creative testing framework (iterations, hypotheses, learnings)
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, retention) and translate insights into new creative
  • Research competitors, trends, and platforms to keep GymProLuxe ahead of the curve
  • Document learnings and create repeatable systems for creative scale
