Role: Creative Performance Strategist
Location: Remote
Compensation: Salary (can negotiate salary for the right candidate)
The ideal candidate is an organised creative thinker, data-driven, and exceptional at creating scroll stopping creative concepts across Meta and TikTok.
We’re looking for a highly motivated A-Player who will be required on a daily basis to:
- Study the verticals we are in, use internal data and ad spy tools to understand creative concepts and the language that converts
- Create strong scroll stopping hooks
- Produce 5-10 high-quality, original ads per vertical, on an ongoing basis
- Review top performing creatives weekly to optimise and create your next batch of creatives.
Experience:
- Must be proficient in CapCut or similar editing software.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing required.
- Analytical and results-driven: you understand how creative ties into CTR, CPA, and scaling media buying campaigns.
- Strong organisational skills for swift iteration of successful ads.
- Previous experience in the performance marketing/ecommerce industry is highly valued.
- Self-directed and capable of consistently generating fresh, unique ads.
- Ability to coordinate with internal team members for feedback and strategy refinement.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.
This position will focus on generating creatives for our internal brands to drive daily, weekly and monthly lead volumes for our partners.
