Creative Strategist

MySivi is India's first AI Tutor designed to help users practice English speaking. It enhances learning by correcting grammar, pronunciation, and fluency at a faster rate. MySivi aims to improve English communication skills through its innovative AI technology.

Compensation : 40K-70K INR per month + Upto 70K quarterly performance bonus

Location : In-office HSR

What will you do?

• Creative strategy of Meta and Google ad campaigns running at 5 lakh+ budget per day
• Write scripts for ads with proper hypothesis and persona in mind
• Generate ads via AI (Veo3, other AI tools)
• Shoot content
• Work on iterations of winning videos

What do we need?

• Atleast 2 years of experience in ads content creation
• Atleast 1 year experience in Creative Strategy
• Must be able to write great scripts aiming for lower CAC
• Must be comfortable with recording content in front of camera
• Must be able to analyse creatives and understand metrics
• Great energy and fun to work with
