We're hiring a Creative Strategist for our DTC Brand, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand in the men's grooming space.
We're not looking for just another scriptwriter or idea generator.
We need someone who understands why creatives work, not just how to write them.
What You'll Be Doing
-Developing high-converting ad concepts for Meta
-Identifying new angles based on customer psychology
-Researching competitors, market positioning, and messaging gaps
-Mapping creatives based on stages of awareness
-Identifying market sophistication levels and adjusting -messaging accordingly
-Extracting voice-of-customer insights from reviews, forums, comments
-Creating briefs for video editors and static designers
-Iterating based on performance data
