Your Mission
You will own the creative engine behind AIRLOCK's performance growth. Your job is to launch high volumes of video & static ads and continuously improve results through speed, iteration, and sharp creative strategy.
This role is for someone who can move fast: turn insights into angles, angles into briefs, and briefs into ads that convert. You'll work closely with designers, video editors and media buying, and you'll be reviewing ad performance dashboards daily, breaking down what's working (and what isn't) to produce the next set of winners.

The Creative Strategist will be in charge of high-performing campaigns: launching large volumes of ads and obsessing over performance, speed, and output quality.
You will be responsible for managing the entire static & video ads production and iteration process end-to-end: from concept to scriptwriting to approvals across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.
