Job Title: Planning & Strategy Manager

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Graduate degree or diploma in Advertising, Mass Media, Communication Design, Visual Merchandising, or Digital Marketing.

Experience : 2-3 years of experience in creative fields.

The role requires natural curiosity, strong structured thinking and the ability to collaborate across creative, business and operations teams to take ideas from insight to execution.


Responsibilities:

  1. Lead brand strategy, campaign architecture and narrative development for existing clients and new business pitches.
  2. Conduct research on market dynamics, consumer behaviour and cultural trends to uncover actionable insights and strategic opportunities.
  3. Build brand positioning, communication frameworks, audience personas and campaign direction documents.
  4. Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure ideas align with strategic direction and brand objectives.
  5. Partner with business, production and operations teams to ensure strategic consistency through execution and on-ground delivery.
  6. Develop pitch strategies, case narratives and presentation storylines for new business.
  7. Evaluate campaign performance, derive insights and recommend strategic optimizations.
