Role Summary
The Creative Strategist leads the development of high-quality, digital-first creative strategies across campaigns, retainers, and pitches. The role focuses on building strong social and content-led ideas, maintaining creative standards for ongoing clients, and contributing to structured quarterly and annual planning for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support digital and social-first campaigns.
- Ensure creative quality and consistency for retainer clients; actively improve output through team collaboration.
- Contribute to pitches, including ideation, concept development, deck preparation, and presentation to clients.
- Support quarterly and annual creative planning aligned to business objectives.
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to elevate thinking and execution.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or creative strategy roles.
- Proven experience building campaigns and working on social media pitches.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, video formats, and influencer-led content.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
