We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who knows how to turn creative ideas into performance. If you understand the psychology of a perfect hook and enjoy building ad concepts that actually drive bookings—this role is for you.

What you’ll do
Concept Mining: Develop high-performing ad concepts and creative angles for our diverse trip categories (Community Travel, Backpacking, International, etc.).
The Blueprint: Turn raw insights into razor-sharp creative briefs for our video editors and designers.
The Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to analyze which ads are scaling and why.
Trend Hunting: Research travel trends, competitor movements, and audience psychology to keep our content ahead of ...
