Job Title: Creative Strategist (Copy)

Role Overview:

The Creative Strategist (Copy) will be responsible for developing insight-led ideas, brand narratives, and compelling copy across digital platforms. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and creative execution, ensuring brand objectives are translated into effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative strategies based on brand insights, audience behavior, and business goals
  • Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for digital campaigns, social media, films, websites, and branded content
  • Collaborate with designers, planners, and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Translate briefs into strong creative concepts and storytelling frameworks
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and messaging across platforms
  • Participate in brainstorms, pitches, and campaign planning sessions
  • Review and refine copy based on feedback while maintaining creative integrity

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong command over language and storytelling
  • Experience in digital-first copywriting and campaign thinking
  • Ability to think strategically and conceptually
  • Exposure to integrated and end-to-end campaign execution
  • Understanding of social media platforms, formats, and trends
  • Experience working on lifestyle, FMCG, or digital-first brands is a plus
