About the Role

We’re a fast-growing lead generation affiliate marketing company operating on a true performance model. We invest our own capital into paid media and only get paid when we deliver results. Because of that, creative is everything .

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to lead and scale our ad creative output across multiple paid media platforms. You’ll manage a small video editing team, guide creative direction, and ensure our ads are constantly tested, iterated, and improved based on performance data.

This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and organized , understands what makes ads convert, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
