Your role

We’re looking for an experienced and organized Creative Studio Manager to lead and manage the creative studio operations at Uniplan, a global brand experience agency.


In this role, you’ll ensure smooth workflows, smart resource planning, and the timely delivery of high-quality experiential projects across events, retail, 3D design, content, and digital. You’ll be the key link between creativity and execution - helping our teams bring bold ideas to life.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee studio scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

  • Collaborate with creative and project teams to deliver outstanding brand experiences

  • Optimize processes and maintain high quality standards

  • Foster a positive, collaborative studio culture
  • Your talent

  • 5+ years in creative studio or agency management, ideally in experiential marketing

  • Experience spanning events, 3D design, retail, content, and digital

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Familiarity with creative workflows and project management tools

  • Excellent communication; Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus
