Job Description
We are looking for a Thumbnail Designer who understands that in the world of video content, the click is just as important as the watch. You aren't just a graphic designer; you are a visual psychologist. You know exactly what makes someone stop scrolling and start watching.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact between our content and millions of potential viewers. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-fidelity, high-CTR (Click-Through Rate) thumbnails that tell a story in a split second.
If you are obsessed with YouTube trends, have mastery over Photoshop, and understand the delicate balance between clickbait and intrigue, we want to meet you.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
