Job Description

A leading AI project company in Madrid is looking for contributors to engage in multi-turn conversations with LLMs. This part-time, project-based position requires C2-level English proficiency and skills in Conversational AI Testing. Ideal candidates will be creative storytellers, capable of documenting interactions and identifying model weaknesses. Training and mentorship will be provided. Work hours are estimated to be 10-20 hours/week during active project phases, with payment rates up to $20 per hour.
