Creator & Community Relations Officer (Remote)

We’re looking for a high-energy, organised, and social-media-savvy Creator & Community Relations Officer to help us recruit, onboard, and manage social media creators across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

This is a role with real ownership and learning opportunities, ideal for someone excited about creator marketing and building strong online relationships in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and onboarding new social media creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Responding to creator queries and concerns and otherwise managing creator relationships, both one-to-one, and in creator community spaces (e.g. Discord or WhatsApp groups)
• Communicating clearly and effectively with creators about:
  • Product talking points
  • Content requirements
  • Campaign timelines and policies
