Role Description (📍 Mumbai | Full-time | Ravel)

Ravel is a fast-growing custom haircare and skincare brand featured on shark tank and recently listed on stock exchange, built on results, credibility, and strong storytelling. As we scale our content and creator engine, we’re looking for someone who can do both strategy and execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands creators, enjoys making content, and is comfortable being part of the process end to end.

What you’ll do

- Source and onboard micro and macro content creators across platforms

- Manage influencer collaborations from outreach to execution and posting

- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and agencies

- Coordinate multiple collaborations simultaneously

- Work closely with the internal content and creative team
