Creator Partnerships Manager

We're looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to own and scale our creator pipeline end-to-end. This role blends creative instinct with strong operational execution — ideal for someone who lives and breathes short-form content while also thriving on structure, systems, and measurable results.

You will be responsible for discovering and building relationships with creators (primarily on TikTok and other short-form platforms), managing them through affiliate and retainer programs, and collaborating with the marketing team to turn high-performing creators into long-term paid partnerships and advertising collaborators.
