Creator Product Adoption - Program Specialist

Responsibilities Support and execute key components of scaled product programs focussed on driving large-scale participation and product adoption from creators on the platform Work with product team with identified potential program/project opportunities Work with local/regional ops teams to rollout scaled product adoption programs locally Track program progress to program goals, incorporate improvement tweaks in realtime to optimize program success metrics Evaluate successful program components and execution as well as areas for improvement to synthesize back to key XFN stakeholders Build strong relationships with XFN teams needed to operationalize product programs (eg GUO / Product Ops, PMM, Product, Comms, USDS, legal, etc) Job Requirements： Qualifications Minimum qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience Have a basic understanding of creator economy and proven experience in working with creators Experience working with creator related product - unders...
