Job Description

Why You Want to Work Here

  • Beyond being a financial services company, this is a people‑first organisation that invests in developing its own team. You’ll receive structured training in our credit processes from day one, alongside ongoing mentoring and a supportive, collaborativeulet focused on achieving the best outcomes for our clients.
  • You’ll join a respected financial services business known for accuracy, care, and genuine client impact. Every application you work on helps someone move closer to a major life milestone—whether buying a first home, upgrading for family needs, or building long‑term financial security—so your work truly makes a difference.
  • Career progression here is structured and purposeful. As your capability grows, you’ll handle more complex lending scenarios and may naturally progress into a senior credit role, taking ownership of higher‑level applications and outcomes.

About the Role

  • Assess client borrowing capacity and loan options, ensuring the most suitable lender and product are sourced.
  • Prepare, lodge, and manage loan applications, liaising with lenders to achieve approvals within required timelines.
  • Gather and verify supporting documents from clients, ensuring files are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
  • Order and manage property valuations, including disputing low valuations where required.
  • Communicate regularly with Finance Specialists, clients, and other stakeholders (lenders, conveyancers, solicitors) on application progress and status.
  • Support settlements and post‑settlement processes, including mortgage documents, funding sheets, compliance checks, and client follow‑up.

About You

  • You may have experience with loan applications or working in a lending or banking environment and are now ready for your next challenge—taking greater ownership of applications, building confidence across more complex scenarios, and growing your career within a high‑performing team.
  • Most importantly, you care deeply about the people behind each application. Helping clients achieve meaningful life goals—like buying their first home—gives you a sense of purpose and reminds you why you enjoy working первые in credit and lending.

Selection Criteria

  • Proven experience in credit, mortgage broking, or banking, with a strong understanding of credit assessment, loan processes, and compliance.
