Credit Analyst

About the Company
Be apart of a growing Private Credit firm with nuanced and interesting products that are proving a USP in the market. This role would be across the due diligence, modelling and pitch desks supporting directors and portfolio managers.

The Role

• Triage, structure and assess transactions across Real Estate asset finance; confirm policy fit and recommend structures (term, residual/balloon, security, guarantees as appropriate).

• Complete servicing calculations and prepare credit memos.

• Liaise directly with BDMs and credit officers to workshop transactions, negotiate mitigants and resolve queries quickly.

• Manage credit conditions from conditional approval to final sign-off; anticipate/document lender questions to lift first-pass approval outcomes.

• Perform QA on all deals prior to submission.

• Coordinate valuation/PPSR requirements and keep files audit-ready.

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years in lending/ Private Credit or senior broker support in asset/equipment finance.

• Capacity to read and analyse company financial data.

• Confident communicating directly with BDMs/credit teams; able to negotiate and document mitigants succinctly.

• High throughput with accuracy; excellent writing skills and CRM discipline.

• Tools: Findesk (or similar), lender portals, Microsoft 365 (Excel, OneDrive/OneNote).
