An exciting opportunity has been created for a Credit Analyst to join a rapidly growing alternative investment manager operating across private credit and structured finance. This role sits within the core investment team and offers broad exposure to complex transactions, senior stakeholders, and the full deal lifecycle.
The Opportunity
Working closely with senior credit structuring leadership, portfolio managers, and execution teams, this role plays a key part in evaluating and structuring corporate lending and structured finance transactions. You'll be involved from initial analysis through to investment committee approval, gaining hands-on experience across a diverse range of asset classes and deal structures.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse the financial health, performance, and risk profile of corporate borrowersBuild and review detailed financial and cash flow models to support lending and structured finance transactionsConduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess different deal structuresAnalyse asset-backed and structured finance instrumentsPerform due diligence on credit transactions and prepare investment committee materialsWork with large datasets and loan-level data to support transaction analysisCollaborate closely with portfolio management, execution, and other internal stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycleKey Requirements
Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related disciplineMust have experience to credit analysis in a corporate lending, or structured finance environment.Strong understanding of corporate financial statements, cash flow analysis, and credit riskExperience building financial models and performing scenario analysisAbility to analyse large datasets and loan-level informationHigh attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsClear written and verbal communication skills, particularly for credit papers and internal presentationsCollaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing prioritiesWhy Join
