Your Role Responsibilities

The role sits within the credit team and focuses on managing residential loan assessments from business development managers (BDMs) to multiple lenders.

• Assessment & Calculation: Manage the assessment of residential loan scenarios, including all borrowing capacity calculations.

• Loan Submission: Order property valuations, and efficiently package and submit loan applications to banks.

• Compliance: Complete thorough compliance checks in line with all requirements.

• Workflow Management: Manage the daily workflow to ensure all expected turnaround times are strictly adhered to.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key liaison with banks and stakeholders, and manage requests from brokers and lenders after loan submission.

What You Will Bring

The successful candidate will demonstrate a blend of technical expertise, drive, and excellent communication skills.

• Experience: Previous experience in mortgage/residential credit assessing roles is required, ideally within a brokerage

• Drive: Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

• Ambition: A keen desire to build a career in financial services.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
