Position: Credit Analyst
Qualification: A Graduate Degree in Commerce/Finance/Business or a Semi Qualified CA (dropped)
Location: Mumbai (Mulund West)
Job Description: -
• Preparation of proposal notes related to Real Estate Finance
• Internal risk assessment and data analysis of proposals using MS Excel
• Preparation of CMA, Cash Flows, Fund Flows and Ratio Analysis
• Evaluating clients’ credit data and financial statements for preliminary risk assessment
• Interact with financial institutions and clients for due diligence and documentation.
Key Expectations -
Good understanding of financial analysis of companies
Intermediate level skills in MS Office – Good Keyboard skills and knowledge of shortcuts in MS Excel
Understanding of various banking asset products
While we would prefer someone with up to a year of relevant experience, even freshers with a good knack for Excel and an interest in bu...
