What you will accomplish with us:

Strategic Agility

  • Collaborate with your supervisor to assess margin increase requests
  • Approve credit-limit exceptions using sound analysis and business judgment

Operational Excellence

  • Manage and collect receivables for your assigned territory
  • Release orders for inventory-ready items
  • Reconcile customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner

Autonomy & Impact

  • Generate and interpret credit reports to guide business decisions
  • Resolve escalated or sensitive collection cases independently, as financial analyst

Human-Centered Communication

  • Act as a respectful and trusted liaison between internal sales teams and customers
  • Manage communications with professionalism and empathy

What You Bring to Our Team:

  • Secondary School Diploma or College degree in business, accounting, or office admin
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar credit or collections role, in a commercial environment, or as a Financial analyst
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential
  • Experience with accounting/ERP software is a strong asset
  • A detail-oriented mindset, a steady hand, and a tactful voice

Compensation Information

  • Base Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000 annually
  • Supplemental Pay Types: Annual bonus
