The Credit & Collection Manager is responsible for managing the collections team to secure timely payments from customers and overseeing the credit granting process, ensuring the company’s credit policy is followed. The role involves evaluating credit risk, approving credit limits, optimizing cash flow, and maintaining strong customer relationships while minimizing financial risk to the business.

Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage the collections team to ensure timely follow-up of outstanding invoices and effective collection strategies.
  • Monitor accounts receivable portfolio to identify trends, potential issues, and high-risk customers.
