About the Opportunity
- Manage an assigned portfolio by applying consistent, accurate, and proactive credit practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to credit team members on account management, credit regulations, and best practices.
- Ensure effective account oversight in full compliance with internal policies and applicable external laws and regulations.
- Oversee timely resolution of customer disputes.
- Identify and escalate material credit risks to management as appropriate.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of credit policies and procedures.
- Prepare reporting packages for multiple business units for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including activities related to month‑end close.
- Participate in daily team activities such as huddles and provide clear direction on priorities.
- Provide backup support to the Credit Manager.
