The Role

You’ll own the end-to-end assessment of loan applications, making fair, responsible credit decisions that genuinely impact customers’ lives. Our products are intentionally simple, personal and car loans and every application fits within a clear credit matrix, so you can focus on what really matters: judgement, consistency, quality, and customer outcomes. This is a hands-on role combining strong decision-making, compliance excellence, and pace, all delivered in a collaborative team that genuinely backs each other.

Qualifications

• Have 2+ years’ experience in credit assessment or financial services, preferably in consumer lending
• Are a strong problem-solver who can think things through and make sound calls
• Firm but fair in your decision-making
• Results-driven and comfortable working to KPIs
• Confident in your approach without ego, you back yourself but stay open to feedback, growth and development
• Care deeply about quality, compliance and continuous improvement
• Love working in a collaborative, energetic team that moves fast and supports each other
• Are someone who likes to have fun, doesn’t take themselves too seriously, and brings good energy to the team
• Believe in being 1.1% better every day

Pay & Reward

Our approach to pay is simple: competitive and transparent. We believe great work should be rewarded properly, which is why we pay above-market base salaries, attracting and keeping great people matters to us. On top of your base salary, you’ll be eligible for a monthly incentive scheme, with the opportunity to earn up to 20% of your base salary based on performance.
