Our client is a growing lending brokerage known for providing tailored financing solutions and exceptional client service. Partnering with a broad panel of lenders, they specialise in helping clients secure residential lending suited to their needs. They are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to join their high-performing operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyse credit applications for individuals across home lending products.
- Assess financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow to determine serviceability and creditworthiness.
- Prepare credit submissions and make well-supported recommendations for approval.
- Liaise with brokers, lenders, and internal stakeholders to gather information and resolve queries.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of credit assessment processes and documentation standards.
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in credit analysis or credit assessment (ideally within a brokerage, non-bank, or lending environment).
- Strong understanding of residential lending structures.
- Proven ability to interpret financial statements and assess serviceability.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
