Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements

• 3-8 years experience working across Credit Risk, Customer Workout or Business execution roles in a Large Financial Institution.
• An understanding of risks associated with financial services (eg. Operational Risk, Compliance,) Reputational Risk, Process Risk, Conduct Risk, product Design and Implementation Risk, Credit Risk)
• Strong willingness to learn and improve technology skills
• Proficient in use of core NAB software programs with reporting capabilities: Excel, PowerCurve IAS and PowerBI is highly beneficial and viewed as favourable
• Strong business acumen - business and financial judgement, problem solving skills and ability to distil large volumes of data / information
