Role Overview

As a Credit Control Specialist, you will be a vital contributor to our continued success and advancement. Your expertise and passion will play a key role in shaping the future of the Finance Department and driving it to new heights.

What will you do?

• Payment Schedule.

• Management of defaults (both new ones and from portfolio). Claim of defaults by written communication.

• Negotiate debt cancellation dates with clients.

• Deferment management since the client’s petition through commercial acceptance, including expenses and interest calculations.

• Client’s account statements reports to the Commercial, payment progress, programming, etc.

• Various reports to Management.

• Management of procedures and Deferment information for contentious file.

• Analysis and financial capture to determine client’s credit.
