Overview

Power NI, part of Energia Group, have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller based in Belfast. Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader, the main objective of the Credit Controller role is to reduce arrears in line with target, improving our company's cash flow while at the same time ensuring all market Codes of Practice, Data Protection and in-house department procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outbound telephone calls, perform investigative work to locate debtors, and work with third party agencies as required.
• Report information when required to the Regulatory Department.
• Contribute to reducing arrears to meet targets and improve cash flow in accordance with company policies and procedures.
