Key Responsibilities

• Proactively chase outstanding payments via phone and email
• Allocate incoming payments and maintain accurate customer accounts
• Resolve invoice and payment queries promptly and professionally
• Monitor credit limits and identify potential risks
• Prepare weekly and monthly aged debtor reports
• Support month-end processes across the Finance team
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams
