Thomsun Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Controller to join our Operations team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing customer credit, ensuring timely collection of outstanding accounts, and minimizing financial risk. Key Responsibilities of Credit Controller

Monitor and manage customer credit limits, payments, and overdue accounts.
Review and assess credit applications and perform risk analysis.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
Follow up with clients on overdue payments via calls, emails, and official correspondence.
Prepare regular reports on account status, outstanding balances, and collection progress.
Ensure compliance with company credit policies and financial procedures.
Support monthly closing activities related to accounts receivable.
