Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring accounts weekly and chasing overdue payments
- Post and allocate daily receipts to customer accounts
- Identifying credit risks and placing accounts on hold when required
- Inbox management liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoice, purchase order, and account queries
- Setting up new customer accounts
