This role sits within the UK-based part of Finance Centre of Excellence (COE). The Atkins COE has a permanent vacancy in the Cash Collections team in Worcester. This role is to collect monies due to Atkins by their clients on a timely basis, predominately via telephone, but also using statements and delinquency letters and email as and when required.

This role will report to the UK-based Credit Control Manager.

Requirements

Qualifications:

ICM or equivalent would be desirable

Experience:

  • A strong track record of working in a Collections/Credit Control environment.
  • Experience working with purchase orders and resolving disputes.
