About Our Client

We are working with a distribution business in the Runcorn area who are growing their credit control team on a permanent basis. A small credit control team made up of 5 credit controllers, 1 team leader and manager.

Job Description

  1. Creating new customer accounts
  2. Monitor the Group email inbox
  3. Daily cash posting and allocation of client accounts
  4. General administration tasks including sending out copy invoices/statements and reconciliation of accounts
  5. Proactively chasing overdue debt and manage payment reminders in line with the Companies Credit Control policy and procedures
  6. Identification of bad debts and over payments and escalation
  7. Accurate diary maintenance of client accounts and chasing records
  8. Liaising with internal departments to resolve payment issues
