Join us as a Credit Coordinator . You will have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, were looking for someone who: - has Sense of hospitality - has prior work experience in hotel operational departments - has proven track record successful administration - has the ability to handle guest complains with a smile - has great interpersonal skills.
+ Collects accounts receivables and particularly the city ledger charges & issues receipt voucher against such collection.
+ Follows up daily on the bill collecting "collection list ".
+ Makes telephone calls & emails to outstanding account holders.
+ Reviews trial balance for outstanding accounts.
+ Reviews all invoices after sending them to the companies.
+ Prepare invoices & assists the Credit supervisor whenever possible.
+ Assists the Credit department in filling city ledger documents in accordance with established system.
+ Receives & reviews all invoices from Credit supervisor or Assistant Credit manager.
+ Complies with health, safety & hygiene policy.
+ Performs related duties & special projects as assigned,
+ Demonstrate awareness and adhere to the occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.
+ Be familiar with the Hotel safety, first aid, fire and emergency procedures and operating equipment safely and responsibly.
+ Report security incidents and accidents in accordance with the Hotel requirements.
+ Reports directly to the Hotel's Credit manager.
+ Interacts & cooperate with colleagues in Credit department.
+ Interacts and cooperates with other departments as appropriate.
+ Interacts and cooperates with the Credit supervisor & the C/L clerks as appropriate.
What we need from you
+ Experience in Same position preferred.
+ bachelor degree in Accounting
+ Owns a car
