Credit Documentation Officer

As part of the Credit Operations Team, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Prepare Credit/Security Documentation and ensure the approved terms of the credit proposals are accurately reflected
• Liaise with external parties – solicitors, valuers and insurers for mortgage matters to ensure timely completion of transaction
• Liaise with lawyers and RMs for mortgage redemption matters
• Liaise with internal legal team, RM/MA to ensure timely completion of documentation
• Check duly executed security documentation / conditions and ensure they are in order before limit input
• Scan and safe-keep the security documents
• System implementation and maintenance of facility limits, interest rates, risk ratings, risk groupings
• Maintain custody of credit files for department
• Follow up with RMs on outstanding documentations if necessary
