• Credit Management Executive (AR Receipting): Ensure customer payments are accurately updated in the Singtel system. Guide customers on available payment methods and channels, maintain compliance with audit requirements and internal policies, and deliver a positive customer experience in all AR receipting activities.
• Monitoring and ensuring fulfillment of end-to-end Receipting Activities, including monitoring, reconciliation, rectification, and vendor commission calculations for the Singtel Group.
