Credit Manager

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a credit team: mentor, empower, and set up high-performing operations.

Drive end-to-end credit management: oversee applications, invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution.

Improve AR processes and cashflow: partner with sales, management, and clients.

Create and implement standard procedures to streamline operations.

Coach sales staff on credit practices and risk minimisation.

Handle complex negotiations and disputes with confidence and professionalism.

Deliver actionable insights on debtor performance through financial analysis and reporting.
