We’re looking for a Credit Manager (Payday Loans)
If you’ve worked with payday or short-term loans and enjoy making smart credit decisions while keeping portfolio quality healthy — this could be a great fit for you
Responsibilities
* Reviewing and approving payday loan cases
* Assessing risk and repayment capacity
* Keeping a close eye on DPDs and portfolio performance
* Working closely with ops and collections teams
* Sharing MIS and insights
Qualifications
✔ 1–3 years experience in payday / unsecured loans
✔ Someone practical, detail-oriented, and confident in credit decisions
✔ NBFC / Fintech experience is a plus
✔ Comfortable working from office near NSP Metro
