POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Credit Manager based in Nogales, MX. The Credit Manager is responsible for overseeing credit and collections activities across multiple business units within a Shared Service Center structure. This role ensures consistent application of credit policies, timely collection of outstanding receivables, and risk mitigation, while maintaining strong internal controls and fostering productive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Participate in a team environment, creating and maintaining master data through requests submitted by internal and external teams
• Complete requests related to customers, sales, pricing, and discounting data to maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) with business stakeholders
