Role & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and underwrite Secured Business Loan (Micro LAP) proposals

• Conduct credit appraisal, financial analysis, and policy compliance checks

• Assess collateral, customer profiles, and repayment capacity

• Coordinate with sales, legal, and operations teams for timely sanctioning

• Maintain credit quality and ensure adherence to internal risk guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• 3–7 years of experience in Credit underwriting for LAP / MSME / Secured Business Loans

• Strong understanding of financial statements and credit assessment

• Experience with NBFC / Bank credit processes is mandatory

• Knowledge of local market and property-backed lending

CTC:

• Up to 5.0 LPA (depending on experience and current compensation)
