Credit Manager


 Exp. – 2+ yrs 


Role & Responsibility:
 Credit Appraisal of Loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly take decisions or
recommendations for approval to higher authorities. 


 Underwriting cases with the desired level of quality and enabling achievement of Branch Business
targets by proper training. 


 To evaluate proposals of customers for Home Loan and LAP.
 Use performance history along with liquidity, debt/asset management, and profitability ratios to assess
creditworthiness in the evaluation 


 Interact with Customers & understand the business and regularly monitor delinquencies/infants.


  Decision-making within defined TAT


  Understanding of property-related knowledge (like legal title and market value of the property). 


 Coordinating with sales, operations, legal, technical and customer service 


Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 


 Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in sales management, specifically in home loans or
mortgage related roles.


 Proven track record of success in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.


  In-depth knowledge of the rural housing market, including market trends, regulations, and customer
preferences. 


 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 


 Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities effectively.
