Optimisation Roadmap
● Develop, own, and manage the operational improvement roadmap for credit, lending support, and settlements efficiency, ensuring alignment with broader business strategy.
● Provide comprehensive reporting to leadership on team performance
● Ensure functions supporting the Lux team are fit for purpose and that controls are scaled for large-exposure risks.
● Ensure roadmap alignment with Head of Operations and Sales operational and change strategies.
Process Improvement & Change Management
● Partner with Operations leads to drive initiatives that reduce time to outcome, churn, conversion rates, and improve overall efficiency.
